GBQS series Block Cutter. This machine is bridge type, and bridge fixed on two concrete column, and with one trolley to take blocks in and out, It is up/down by double leadscrew and two sliding casting plate. Cutter head moving on the bridge to realize right and left cutting, trolley moving to control the cutting thickness. Cheap but useful machine, easy maintenance and operation.
It can install D.1800 to Max.D.3000mm saw blade to cut. mainly used for cutting thick granite slab, such as Tombstone, thick paving step, kerbstone or cutting big block into small brick to prepare for other bridge saw to cut into tiles or others. we mainly sell this machine with manual moving trolley, so after one cut, operator need stop the machine, and move the trolley by manual way, then measure the thickness, then to cut again, simple/useful, very suitable for cutting thick slab. If client need, we also can provide AUTO type.
GBQS-1800H/2200H/2500H/3000H Series Bridge Type Granite Block Cutter with Trolley. It is auto stone cutter. will adoptPLC or timer to control the cutting. It can use one blade or muliti blades for sawing granite/marble stone.
