This line inclduing two main machines, the first one is GBL-900 Three Heads Longitudinal Cutting Machine, each head up/down , right and left movements by motors, Min. cutting width 300mm, belt moving speed adjustable. second machine is GBC-900/5/7 Multi Heads Cross Cutting Machine, This is multi heads can be 5 heads or 7 heads, Each head can control sperately, each head can go up/down, move right and left by motor, before you start to use the machine, adjust the distance between each head, and there is hydraulic system for belt table up/down, and three cylinders to fix the slab. Whole procedure is full automatical.
this line is special for narrow slab cutting into tiles. for construction project such as big area paving stone cutting. can be connected with polishing line, Max. 900mm width, and Max.60mm thickness. full automatic and high production capacity.
