GBLXM series Polishing Line for granite slab (resin abrasive) This Polishing machine is chinese design structure and adopts resin abrasive disc to polish granite slab, high production capacity, high polishing degree, cheaper price, easy maintance and lower abrasive cost, the full line including one pc slab unloading machine, roller conveyor table,main polisher, cleaning and drying machine, roller conveyor table,slab unloading machine, air compressor, air tank, air drying machine. We adopts PLC (Mitsubishi, Japan), Inverter (Schneider, France), Contactor (Schneider, France). This machine, operator set the data in the touch screen, polishing head can go down and up automatically to polish accoring to the shape of stone, air pressure of each head to the slab/ beam moving speed and belt moving speed both can be adjusted according to the granite slab size/ granite slab hardness/ polishing degree requirements/ production capacity requirements and others. 7.5KW/9KW main motor also can save electric power consumption, D.200mm resin abrasive polishing disc also save polishing cost per M2 of slab and save water consumption.
