Features:
This machine adopts PLC terminal control system, Operator can set the parameters by the programmable controller with LCD screen,. The machine is qualified for continuous grinding and polishing marble stone slabs. The speed for beam moving on the right/left rails, belt conveyor moving can be adjustable by inverters. Its processing width and working pressure of grinding heads are adjustable. Each grinding head can rise and fall automatically following the work piece movement. The machine has two operation modes: manual and automatic modes.
Frame: The frame is constructed with welded sections. The belt conveyor moves on the machined worktable surface. The frame legs are equipped with adjusting screws
and anchor stud holes.
Traverse part: The gear wheel reducer pulls the driving shaft, and then the driving shaft drives the gear wheel and rack to realize traverse part moving back and forth by cross moving motor.
