This machine is bridge type, the huge bridge is made of cost iron with high rigidity and super weight. so during long time use it will not bend，vibrate or give way by the cutting pressure, ensures the blade cutting accuracy. Granite slab produced by this machine accurate cutting has a smooth surface, therefore reduce polishing cost.Cutting blade lifting/lowering system is powered by two hydraulic cylinders and guided by four round steel columns. The advantage of hydraulic cylinder powder is to realize fast blade lifting when a cutting is finished.Side beam: two sides beam are fixed screw and nut system to drive the bridge move. Bridge driving motor is installed in the middle back of the stone bridge cutting machine. It transfers force to two screw and nut systems by a long horizontal bar and two pairs of bevel gears. Bevel gears drive two screw and nut systems same time and same speed, this ensures bridge two ends move in same speed. Meanwhile we have specail design for fixing the bridge on the side beams.Control system: Main cabinets adopts Panasonic PLC and touch screen to control the whole processing, beam moving / cutter head up and down/ cutter head moving right and left are all calcualted by encoder, to ensure high precsion and display on the screen, you can check the cutting position easy. High automatic lever. Also cutter head moving speed and bridge moving speed can be adjustable by inverter.It is ideal equipment for cutting dimensional granite block into slabs. Dimensional stone block is cut directly on the ground instead of on a trolley. It not only increases stone block stability during cutting process, but also greatly reduces whole machine maintenance cost.
