GBHW-3axis CNC processing Center.CNC Stone Processing Center  is a CNC milling and edge polishing centre designed for contouring, cutting and turning with three interpolated axis offering users the possibility of multiple and complex machining operations which would otherwise require several machines.  It's suitable for processing all kind of stone slab coutertop, such as kithen countertop, bath countertop, cabinet countertop, bar counter, table,  windowsill,  door sets etc.   Relief engraving like stone background wall relief, European style edging etc. is available too. The machine adopts stable structure, including top beam, two vertical  columns, rectangular box, hydraulic take-up block, two large flywheels. On the left side is a large drive flywheel and hydraulic tensioner. The hydraulic tensioner controls the tension of the diamond wire or loosens it while maintaining the tension of the diamond wire. The right side controls the flywheel and the main motor, the driven flywheel is controlled by the main motor. The linear speed of the diamond wire ranges from 0-40m / s and is controlled by an inverter. This is auto wire saw machine. It uses single wire to cut big slab. With PLC system, it can be used for block dressing, big slab cutting for granite or marble. Compared with multi wire saw machine, it is much cheaper and lower maintance need.

The machine is automatically controlled by PLC (or manually controlled). The cutting size is input via computer terminal. Users can set the quantity, processing thickness, cutting thickness and feeding speed according to requirements. It is equipped with infrared tool setting gauge, to accurately adjust the cutting size. The crosswise feeding speed and spindle speed is controlled by frequency converter. 1. The movements of the machine are controlled by a Four axes CNC. Up -down movement is the Y axis.trolley movement is X axis.left guide wheel rotation is A xis. right guide wheel rotation is B axis.The data can be input directly in the CNC  When you cut standard slabs or by operator program with G code. If you need to produce complex products, you can draw graphics using AutoCAD in DXF format and place them on a USB stick. The guide wheel rotates according to the cutting shape, driven by a stepper motor.                          4.According to the size of the stone,we equip with an electric system for bringing closer the  guide wheels that is to adjust the cutting width as stone size, reducing the arch value when cutting with diamond wire .                          5.The table of trolley is 1360 x 2000 mm and has a maximum capacity of 20 Ton. it cannot rotate6. The working table is driven by a lead screw and moves along metal rails. The lead screw is impregnated with oil and closed with a dust and water cover (patented technology) which prolongs the life of the screw7. The machine has an automatic alarm that is triggered when the diamond wire breaks.8.We have equipped the diamond wire cooling system. It monitors the water pressure inside the machine and automatically stops the machine if there is no water in it or insufficient water flow. This is to protect the diamond wire.9.The UP / DOWN machine screws are covered with a short plastic tube to keep the lubricant inside and lubricate system. Protected by a dust cover from dust and water.
